ActiveSync Setup on iPhone

This tutorial will show you how to setup ActiveSync on your iPhone.

You must be subscribed to ActiveSync from us, otherwise this tutorial will not work for your iPhone, please use the Email Setup on iPhone tutorial instead.

If you are on our Plan 3 and need us to enable ActiveSync for your account, please send your request to our support department before setting up your iPhone.

At the time of this writing, the latest iOS version is 10.3.2, please make sure your phone is updated to the latest version of iOS to ensure the screenshots below match. We highly recommend setting up your email account when your phone is connected to Wi-Fi. If you are on 3G/4G/LTE, make sure you have good reception while in one place and not moving around.
